Dublin Ranch is a master planned community developed by Shea Homes. Situated against the picturesque hills of East Dublin, residents enjoy a superior quality of life. Some of the top builders in California, including, Standard Pacific, Toll Brothers, Centex. Brookfield, and Shea Homes have built homes in Dublin Ranch. The single- family homes range from just over 1500-5800 square feet. There are pools, Tennis courts, and community parks.

It features a huge recreation room with a full banquet kitchen, pool tables, game rooms, pool, and spa. The homes are condominiums, town homes and single-family homes ranging from 1300 to 3030 square feet.

Regent Properties unveiled its plans for Phase II of Sorrento East at Dublin Ranch in February 2010. They will be building 581 homes in six communities ranging in size from 1,610- 3104 square feet. All homes will be either two or three stories. Some of the homes will have yard spaces.

Fallon Sports Park, phase 1 is open. It is lighted and features 2 soccer fields, 2 softball fields, 4 tennis courts and 4 basketball courts. The park is located on Fallon Road and Gleason Drive in Dublin Ranch. This park is an exciting new addition to our growing neighborhood.
